Luis Martínez has been coaching and advising employees, professional peers and executives for many years. Most recently, Luis was a Human Resources Consultant in Xerox.While in Xerox, Corp., Luis directed a global human resources team for Xerox Worldwide Manufacturing, with facilities in the U.S., Latin America, Europe and Asia.

His previous assignments were with Lehigh Valley Hospital, Exide Corporation, Hay Associates, and the U.S. Government.

Luis earned a B.A. in Psychology and M.Ed. in Counseling from the University of Delaware. He also earned certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).

An avid sports car racer, Kung Fu practitioner and triathlete, Luis and his family have a home in Pittsford, near Rochester, New York.
