Luis Martínez has been coach and advisor to leaders and executives for many years. Most recently, Luis was a Human Resources Consultant in Xerox Corp.

While in Xerox, Luis directed a global human resources team for Xerox Worldwide Manufacturing, with facilities in the U.S., Latin America, Europe and Asia.

Prior to Xerox, Luis was Senior Vice President for Human Resources at Lehigh Valley Hospital, the largest acute care hospital in Pennsylvania. 

At Exide Corporation, Luis was Corporate Director of Human Resources. 

He started his career in Human Resources as Manager of Project Leaders at The Hay Group, a prestigious compensation and benefits global consulting firm. 

EDUCATION

Luis earned a B.A. in Psychology and M.Ed. in Counseling from the University of Delaware. He also earned certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
